VIFON’s Global Recognition and the Rise of Instant Pho Products
In recent years, Vietnamese culinary culture has continued to gain international attention—especially through iconic dishes like pho. One of the standout stories in the instant food industry comes from VIFON, one of Vietnam’s oldest and most reputable food manufacturers. To celebrate its 55th anniversary, VIFON achieved global recognition by creating the world’s largest instant pho bowl, a Guinness World Record that highlighted the brand’s dedication to promoting Vietnamese cuisine worldwide.
The record-setting event took place in Ho Chi Minh City, where VIFON experts and chefs combined nearly 1.35 tonnes of instant pho noodles, 1,200 liters of broth, and 100 kilograms of organic beef, using thousands of portions of VIFON’s signature products. The giant bowl was then shared with nearly 2,000 people, reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality and culinary excellence.
This achievement also reflects a broader trend in the food industry: the growing demand for high-quality, convenient meal solutions. Instant pho products like Royal Vifon Beef Pho are becoming increasingly popular both in Vietnam and overseas, as consumers look for quick, tasty alternatives that still deliver authentic flavors. Modern production techniques allow manufacturers to preserve traditional tastes while fitting the fast-paced lifestyles of today’s households.
Beyond innovation in products, VIFON’s global expansion into over 80 countries underscores the rising international appetite for Vietnamese instant noodles, rice noodles, and other traditional staples in convenient formats. This trend not only boosts export growth but also helps introduce Vietnamese culinary culture to new markets around the world
